How does Modality / Nasstar deal with your Teamwork Analytics data at the end of a trial or contract?
Modality / Nasstar will delete the SQL database holding your organisations Teamwork Analytics data from Azure. Where applicable, Azure will hold the deleted database in a soft delete phase until the elapsed retention period has passed which is 30 days. At which point all traces of the database are removed automatically along with any backup restore points.
What about the Power BI reports?
Modality / Nasstar will remove any Power BI workspaces where reports had been configured within from our tenant.
Can our organisation keep any of the Teamwork Analytics reports?
If you wish to retain the Teamwork Analytics reports for your organisation, we can export the PBIX templates and provide these on request.
